Introduction
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from GLÓRIA ("we", "us", "our") at rsp00q-x2.myshopify.com (the "Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Store.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and comply with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, including:
- EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (as amended by Directive 2019/2161/EU — "Omnibus Directive")
- EU Distance Selling Regulations
- EU E-Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC

Who Can Use Our Store
By using our Store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We sell to consumers (non-commercial buyers) across the European Union and internationally.
Products
Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable for EU customers.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, or natural variation in materials such as gemstones and metals. This does not constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing & Payment
Prices, VAT & Payment
All prices are shown in Euros (€). For EU customers, prices include VAT at the applicable rate. For customers outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply — these are the customer's responsibility.
We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and/or authorised third-party processors.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If the correct price is higher than the price displayed, we will contact you before proceeding with the order.
Your Rights
EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order — without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at returns@gloria-jewellery.com before the 14-day period expires. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.
We will refund the full order value, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item — using the same payment method you used to purchase.
Warranty
Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Under EU law (Directive 2019/771/EU on the sale of goods), you are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for all products purchased from GLÓRIA. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, you have the right to:
- Repair or replacement of the product (free of charge)
- A price reduction or full refund if repair/replacement is not possible
Additionally, GLÓRIA offers a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow our Care Guide.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@gloria-jewellery.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property
All content on this Store — including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and product descriptions — is the property of GLÓRIA or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU law, GLÓRIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or products purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
Disputes
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@gloria-jewellery.com so we can resolve the matter directly.
As required by EU Regulation 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
You may also contact your national consumer protection authority or an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body in your country.
Updates
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most current version.
