Overview
GLÓRIA operates as a dropshipping store, meaning your order is fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted jewellery suppliers. This allows us to offer a wider selection and competitive prices, while GLÓRIA remains fully responsible for your purchase from start to finish.
Once you place an order, we process and forward it to our supplier within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delivery Times
All times below are estimates from the date of dispatch (not the order date). Processing time of 1–3 business days applies before dispatch.

Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day) or due to customs clearance delays, which are outside our control.
Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive:
- An order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
- A dispatch notification with tracking number once your order has shipped (within 1–3 business days)

Customs & Duties
For customers within the European Union, VAT is included in the product price — no additional charges will apply at the border.
For customers outside the EU (e.g. UK, USA, Switzerland), your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Issues
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at gloria.customersupport@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
- Lost orders: If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
- Delayed orders: Delays due to customs or carrier issues are outside our control. We will do our best to support you in tracking the shipment.
- Damaged on arrival: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but taken by a third party.
Under EU consumer law, risk passes to the consumer upon physical delivery of the goods. Until then, GLÓRIA bears full responsibility.
Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at gloria.customersupport@gmail.com
We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been forwarded to our supplier.
GLORIA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
