Our Promise
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love every piece from GLÓRIA. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — going beyond the 14-day minimum required by EU law.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Exceptions
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are exempt from our return policy, in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16):

How to Return
Return Process — Step by Step
Follow these 5 steps to complete your return. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.
Contact Us
Email returns@gloria-jewellery.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Return Instructions
We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and any further instructions specific to your order.
Pack Your Item
Place the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit. Include all original tags and accessories.
Ship the Item
Use a tracked shipping service and keep your proof of postage. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Under EU law, we are required to issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or evidence of return). We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible.
Refunds will include the original product price and standard delivery costs (if applicable). Express delivery upgrades are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Defective Items
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gloria-jewellery.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and any visible damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you. Under EU law (Directive 2019/771/EU), you are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee for all goods.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or style, please return the original item following the process above (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest processing time.
